Does Pinterest ever feel like therapy to you?

I'm in the midst of Finals which means that everything in my world seems to be coming with an extra dose of crazy. The end of the term is always a whirlwind. I feel like I have a million things to do, a million more things that I can't forget to do, and (of course) not enough time to do it all. I'm sure you know the feeling.

Sometimes pictures of beautifully decorated apartments and puppies just really takes the edge off. You know?

  1. Yesss. I can not tell you how often I jump on over to Pinterest to clear my head. To both inspire and encourage me. Or just to take a break, you know.

    I do hope things start to slow down a bit for you. <3 I know it can all feel stressful at times. Just give yourself a break when it's needed!

  2. I completely agree, it's really calming to just be able to sit and look at beautiful images for a while (even if my husband thinks I should be doing something more constructive with my time!!)

  3. YES. I'm so glad you said something, because it feels wrong sometimes how much more calm and delighted I am with things after being on (my) pinterest for a little while.
    it's sort of like remembering that beauty still exists and that I love what I love and it's okay because it's awesome. ha so profound ;)

  4. Oh my gosh, sometimes looking at pictures of bright, cozy, clean reading nooks is more relaxing than actually reading. I have a love-hate relationship with that truth.
